Mecha Proof W-2K - is effective anticorrosive additive solution for work piece. Perform anticorrosiveproperties by just adding to coolant.

• Effective anticorrosion at low concentration
Mecha Proof W-2K - is economical because it is effective at low concentration. In the case of immersiontype, the amount required is about 0.3% of tank volume and in the case of flushing type it is about 0.5%.

• Prevention of electrical corrosion
Mecha Proof W-2K - prevents not only rust formation. It prevents electrical corrosion as well.Mecha Proof W-2K - prevents electrical corrosion of ferrous metals as well as cemented carbide.

• Prevention of sludge adhesion
Sludge form during wire EDM operation. Mecha Proof W-2K prevents sludge adhesion and sludgecontamination of pipe line and work tank surface.

• Low viscous and no tackiness
As Mecha Proof W-2K does not contain high viscousmaterials, it is smooth like water therefore machinefriendly. Also it does not distract automatic wire threading.

Usage
• Anticorrosive additive solution for wire EDM.

Direction for Use

1. Agitate Mecha Proof W-2K with water to set the liquid, and then adding it to the coolant for even spread.High concentration of Mecha Proof W-2K affects ion exchange resin. Ensure to circulate the fluid in the reservoir for 20 minutes or more without passing iron exchange resin.In the case of the immersion type, the amount of Mecha Proof W-2K required is about 0.3% of tankvolume and in the case of the flushing type it is about 0.5%.

2. Once anticorrosive effect decrases, add 10-20% of original amount (0.3-0.5%) to coolant.

3. Scattered fluid may evaporate and course crystallisation. These white crystals are compounds of Mecha Proof W-2K and easily dissolve in water. Dissolve the crystals by pouring water and continueoperation.

TSS – 200 is the latest formula 3-in-1 rust removing solution for fast and economic removal of rust and scale from iron & steel surfaces. Moreover, TSS – 200 is safer to handle than similar conventional acidic products and it leaves a phosphate coating which protects from immediate rusting. It is based on light acids, accelerators, solvents, surface active agents and inhibitors for quick degreasing, rust removing and phosphating action. It is used in concentration of 10 to 50 % with water at temperatures ranging from room temperature to 800 C. The higher the temperature and concentration, the faster the results. Normally 10-20 minutes are allowed after application for the TSS – 200 to act before scrubbing with wire brush for removing rust and final rinsing with water.

Precaution:

Although TSS – 200 is non-flammable and non-toxic, contact with hands and eyes should be avoided by wearing rubber or plastic gloves and goggles. Any splash on skin should be removed by copious quantities of water.

Remove the rust formed during wire EDM operation.

Clean the sludge formed on wire EDM and wire guide.

Remove the rust formed on metal parts and equipments during storage and in other processes.

How to use:

Immerse rusted work piece into undiluted TSS- 200 for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with water immediately after removed rust. Use plastic container for immersion.

Immerse into anticorrosive neutraliser then dry it by air blower or by using a rag.

Depends on types of metal or long term immersion, metals may cause discolouration. Please test with metal scraps before usage.

Strong rust grease removal

Quickly remove rust (5-10 minutes) while protecting metal surface.

Due to its degreasing properties, enables to remove rust from oily metal surface and clean sludge on wire EDM.

Anticorrosion
